Access Options
IP Transit
A form by which Internet bandwidth is sold to our customers. Pricing is offered on a per megabit per
second per month basis (Mbps/Month) and requires to commit to a minimum volume of bandwidth. Our global IP network provides direct connectivity to hundreds of other networks around the world, and our route-optimization system constantly monitors performance across the entire Internet.
IP Transport
The IP Transport service is a true end-to-end transparent LAN extension. Available at Ethernet the
service allows simple integration with existing LAN infrastructure at both ends of the circuit. IP Transport provides true, dedicated bandwidth via Ethernet unlike traditional MPLS VPNs delivered over existing layer 3 infrastructure. Service is available between locations or to one of our datacenters. IP Transport does not include any internet bandwidth.
QoS an VoIP Trunk
Optionally the customers PBX can be directly connected to the voipGATE SIP Trunk using an additional VLAN. In this way you don`t need to care about packet priorization or traffic shaping when using VoIP.
Service Levels
SLA Standard guaranties an availability of 99,50%, and a restoration time of 9 hours.
SLA Business has all advantages of the ‘Standard’ package but on a 24/7 basis and dedicated phone access. SLA Business guaranties an availability of 99,70%, and a restoration time of 5,5 hours.
