Dear customers, We're currently facing some issues on a part of our network and are actively working on solving the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are sorry for any inconvenience and owe you a sincere apology. After a few hours of work, our technical team has managed to set everything back up again and identify the problem A physical failure occurred on a routine engine on one of our core router. Even if our backbone is fully redundant, some unexpected side effects had to be fixed. 05h44 - 08h59: Internet access inoperable on SecureIT facility 08h59 - 10h13: higher latency than usual In order to avoid similar issues in the future, the defective part has been replaced.
